The Center for Garden State Families will now demonstrate how a change in the law the public knows little about has opened the door to Medical Fascism in the United States of America. It was a bipartisan law called the Patent and Trademark Law Amendment Act of 1980, which is known today as the Bayh-Dole Act after senators Bob Dole and Chris Bayh. Before its passage, non-profits such as universities and research institutes could not take ownership of inventions made with federal funding. They also could not be granted exclusive licenses to promote their applications. Invention rights would stay with the federal agencies that funded them, and as is the case with the government, go nowhere. The unintended consequence of the Bayh-Dole Act led to a tangled web of government agencies like the NIH as well as universities, and private businesses. According to senior research scholar Mildred Cho of Stanford University: “The Bayh-Dole Act has created opportunities for conflict of interest for university faculty members because academic-industry partnerships can offer direct financial rewards to individual faculty members in the form of consulting fees, royalties, and equity in companies while simultaneously funding these faculty members’ research.”
Essentially, the Bayh-Dole Act would establish the infrastructure for the commercialization of diseases and viruses of all sorts. Fast forward a few short years from the passage of Bayh-Dole, and we find ourselves during the time of the AIDS epidemic. Who was leading the charge for the HIV/AIDS virus? None other than Dr. Anthony Fauci. An article dated February 23rd, 2021, from the American Institute for Economic Research reveals Dr. Fauci’s duplicitous nature by pointing out the following: “In May 1983, amid the rapidly escalating AIDS crisis, a doctor at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) promoted a stunning theory about the newly encountered disease in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). Noting that the same issue of the journal contained an article documenting one of the first cases of the immunodeficiency disease’s appearance in an infant, the author sounded an alarm about “the possibility that routine close contact, as within a family household, can spread the disease.” The article took an increasingly speculative turn in promoting this new theory. “If indeed the latter is true, then AIDS takes on an entirely new dimension,” it continued. “If we add to this possibility that nonsexual, non-blood-borne transmission is possible, the scope of the syndrome may be enormous.” Although the article reiterated the need to “be cautious” in accepting these findings as they awaited more evidence, the discovery “should at least alert us to the possibility that we are truly dealing with AIDS in children,” as transmitted through routine interaction. The author of the article has since attained widespread familiarity. It was Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, a rising star within the NIH bureaucracy.”
In addition, the article states, “On June 26, less than two months after his JAMA article appeared, Fauci publicly contradicted its most irresponsible claim – albeit without ever acknowledging his own central role in promoting that claim, to begin with. As he told the Baltimore Sun, “It is absolutely preposterous to suggest that AIDS can be contracted through normal social contact like being in the same room with someone or sitting on a bus with them. The poor gays have received a very raw deal on this.” In short, Fauci flip-flopped with the political winds and the press barely even noticed. It’s a familiar pattern to anyone who has closely followed the infectious disease bureaucrat’s public commentary since Covid-19 burst into the national news cycle last January. It usually starts with Anthony Fauci fielding a question about a disease from the press, at which point he offers up a highly speculative answer that nonetheless appears to carry the gravity of his own authority.”
Like today the financial spigots were opened to “research and development” to get a handle on the AIDS virus and to determine what sort of treatment there was. We must add that it is quite interesting how Dr. Fauci implicates children as disease spreaders to create a media-induced hysteria. Perhaps this is why our children are still being masked to continue the hype and hysteria leading to the use of an experimental vaccine. What unfolded from the AIDS epidemic is prophetic as to what would occur during our current Covid-19 Pandemic.
From an article dated October 5th, 2015, in Spin Magazine, we read the following: “On a cold January day in 1987, inside one of the brightly-lit meeting rooms of the monstrous FDA building, a panel of 11 top AIDS doctors pondered a very difficult decision. They had been asked by the FDA to consider giving lightning-quick approval to a highly toxic drug about which there was very little information. Clinically called Zidovudine, but nicknamed AZT after its components, the drug was said to have shown a dramatic effect on the survival of AIDS patients. The study that had brought the panel together had set the medical community abuzz. It was the first flicker of hope — people were dying much faster on the placebo than on the drug. But there were tremendous concerns about the new drug. It had actually been developed a quarter of a century earlier as a cancer chemotherapy, but was shelved and forgotten because it was so toxic, very expensive to produce, and totally ineffective against cancer. Powerful but unspecific, the drug was not selective in its cell destruction. Drug companies around the world were sifting through hundreds of compounds in the race to find a cure, or at least a treatment, for AIDS. Burroughs Wellcome, a subsidiary of Wellcome, a British drug company, emerged as the winner. By chance, they sent the failed cancer drug, then known as Compound S, to the National Cancer Institute along with many others to see if it could slay the AIDS dragon, HIV. In the test tube at least, it did. At the meeting, there was a lot of uncertainty and discomfort with AZT. The doctors who had been consulted knew that the study was flawed and that the long-range effects were completely unknown. But the public was almost literally baying at the door. Understandably, there was immense pressure on the FDA to approve AZT, considering the climate of fear and anger all around.”
Further, into the article, we read the following: “The news that AZT will soon be prescribed to asymptomatic people has left many leading AIDS doctors dumbfounded and furious. Every doctor and scientist I asked felt that it was highly unprofessional and reckless to announce a study with no data to look at, making recommendations with such drastic public health implications. “This simply does not happen,” says Bialy. “The government is reporting scientific facts before they’ve been reviewed? It’s unheard of.” In addition, we also read the following as it pertains to the AIDS epidemic and subsequent treatment: “If AIDS were not the popular disease that it is — the money-making and career-making machine — these people could not get away with this kind of shoddy science,” says Bialy. “In all my years in science, I have never seen anything this atrocious.” When asked if he thought it was at all possible that people had been killed as a result of AZT poisoning rather than AIDS, he answered: “It’s more than possible.” To make matters more disturbing relating to our current situation, we also read the following: “It doesn’t really kill them,” Burroughs Wellcome scientist Sandra Lehrman argues. “You don’t necessarily have to destroy the cell, you can just change the function of it. Furthermore, while the early data said that only very few cells were infected, new data says that there may be more cells infected. We have more sensitive detection techniques now.” “Changes their function? From what — functioning to not functioning? Another example of mediocre science,” says Bialy. “The ‘sensitive detection technique’ to which Dr. Lehrman refers, PCR, is a notoriously unreliable one upon which to base quantitative conclusions.”
It is now evident that we have been down the road of profiteering masquerading as science during the 1980’s AIDS epidemic. This epidemic seems to have been a beta test for our current pandemic, involving children, asymptomatic spread, a drug rushed to approval, and PCR tests deemed unreliable then as they have been during Covid-19 creating a case pandemic to induce further fear into our population. In addition, there were many drugs available during our pandemic, such as Ivermectin, that could have indeed helped reduce hospitalizations and death. However, these drugs were stopped for the treatment of Covid. Now we will quote from the sobering open letter from the Village Voice dated May 31st, 1988 by Larry Kramer as it pertains to Dr. Anthony Fauci:

“You care, I’m told (although I no longer believe it). I’ve even heard you called a saint… But saints have imaginations vivid enough to know how to spend $374 million in a dire emergency.”
“I have been screaming at the National Institutes of Health since I first visited your Animal House of Horrors in 1984. I called you monsters then and I called you idiots in my play, The Normal Heart, and now I call you murderers.”
“You are responsible for supervising all government-funded AIDS treatment research programs. In the name of right, you make decisions that cost the lives of others. I call that murder.”
“The gay community has, for five years, told the NIH which drugs to test because we know and hear first what is working on some of us somewhere. You couldn’t care less about what we say. You won’t answer our phone calls or letters, or listen to anyone in our stricken community. What tragic pomposity!”
“How many years ago did we tell you about aerosol pentamidine, Tony? This stuff saves lives. And we discovered it ourselves. We came to you, bearing this great news on a silver platter, begging you: can we get it officially tested; can we get it approved so insurance companies and Medicaid will pay for it (as well as other drugs we beg you to test) as a routine treatment, and our patients going broke paying for medicine can get it cheaper? You monster.”
Many of our readers are becoming aware Anthony Fauci’s organization has been implicated in Gain of Function research whereby a bat virus was spliced with a human virus making it more virulent and deadly. His partners in crime, or as we like to call them, the Svengalis of Science, include Dr. Ralph Baric and Dr. Peter Daszak. Dr. Daszak is with EcoHealth Alliance. His organization has seen the most funding from the NIH and other government agencies that found their way to the Wuhan lab and a woman named Shi Zhengli, also known as the “Bat Lady.” In addition, there is more information coming to light that indicates that there was a SARS vaccine patented in March 2019, eight months before the Covid-19 pandemic. We should also remind our readers that the NIH owns the patent for the Moderna mRNA vaccine. As a result of the Bayh-Dole Act, Dr. “I am the science” Fauci, Big Pharma, Ralph Baric, and Peter Daszak have been royalty recipients and heartless profiteers of the pandemic. “Until an infectious disease crisis is very real, present, and at an emergency threshold, it is often largely ignored. To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis, we need to increase public understanding of the need for MCMs (medical countermeasures) such as a pan-influenza or pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”
