Our Mission

The Mission of The Center for Garden State Families is to protect and promote faith, freedom and the natural family, in culture and public policy, as held by the traditional Christian worldview.

Our Purpose

Natural Family is defined by Jesus Christ, quoting Genesis in Matthew 19:4-6,

"And He answered and said to them, 'Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female,' and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Our Founder

Gregory Quinlan

Founder, President

Gregory Quinlan left the homosexual lifestyle in 1992. Greg was a gay activist for 10 years lobbying in Washington DC & Ohio for the homosexual agenda. As an LPN and then Registered Nurse he watched over 100 of his friends and acquaintances die of AIDS. He has shared his testimony on the 700 Club, TBN, countless radio programs and has been quoted in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, WorldNet Daily among others. He has a compelling testimony of leaving homosexuality and boldly stands in the public square proclaiming that “Homosexuality doesn’t have to last a lifetime, Ex-Gays prove change is possible.” In February 2016 Greg’s testimony is featured in Charisma Magazine and in the 2015 video Light Wins.

Gregory Quinlan is now a minister and has debated successfully against the homosexual agenda and anti-marriage forces in 27 states and the District of Columbia. Greg Quinlan is founder of Pro-Family Network, past President of PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays), past President of Equality & Justice for All. For the past eight years Quinlan worked as the Director of Government and Clergy Affairs for the New Jersey Family Policy Council. Quinlan was the lead lobbyist on the Jessica Lunsford Act and was instrumental in getting NJ to be the 45th state to pass this law to lock up serial pedophiles for 15 years to life and lifetime parole should they be released. He is now president of The Center for Garden State Families a Christian Families Advocacy organization and is Chairman of NJ for a Conservative Majority PAC. He is co-founder of Living Free Ministries of NJ, a ministry for those seeking to leave homosexuality and the families and friends that are affected.  Quinlan is a licensed minister with Solid Rock Church Ministries Int’l, currently worships at Mountaintop Church Assembly of God in Mt. Olive, NJ where he is Minister of Visitation, seeking credentials with the Assembly of God.

Quinlan has over 35 years of lobbying and government affairs experience and has been an advocate for the natural family since 1992. Quinlan now seeks to serve the Lord through the Center for Garden State Families.
